Turnkey Internet Opens First European Branch in Amsterdam

Turnkey Internet, a subsidiary of Colohouse, has opened its first European branch in Amsterdam. The colocation and IaaS provider wants to better serve its European customers from this location.

Data Center Connectivity

In Amsterdam, Turnkey Internet has now established a carrier-neutral data center that connects to more than 115 different networks and peering exchanges. The data center is also connected to the AMS-IX. The services of the data center focus on the European market. According to Turnkey Internet, it is important that European customers get connectivity that has a lower latency. For American customers, this location offers multi-continent redundancy and disaster recovery services.

IaaS Services

In its data centers, Turnkey Internet offers various IaaS services to customers in more than 150 countries. These services include cloud hosting, dedicated and bare metal servers, backup & disaster recovery, online storage, web hosting, managed hosting and hybrid solutions. Among other things, the company’s own, bare-metal based, new R650xs servers are used for this. These are servers based on 3rd gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors that add Cloud VPS, among other things.
According to Turnkey Internet, it does not stop at the data center in Amsterdam. The IaaS specialist wants to open even more data centers in Europe this year, as well as in Asia.
