Paessler is extending its PRTG Network Monitor solution with an OPC UA Server extension, allowing industrial companies to display information from IT and OT monitoring in their monitoring and control systems. The extension offers increased efficiency for industrial environments, bringing together all information from OT and IT environments in a single overview in suitable monitoring and control systems. It also provides central alarm via existing reporting points and quality control with IT and OT components, as well as enabling more interaction between OT and IT staff. The solution is designed to reduce downtime and improve infrastructure within factories.
The extension is available through an actively maintained Paessler PRTG Network Monitor solution, and will soon be integrated into Paessler PRTG Hosted Monitor and Paessler PRTG Enterprise Monitor. It offers three different subscription rates, based on desired functions, and customers with an OPC UA Server subscription receive comprehensive support from Paessler, including access to training materials.
