Programming Basics Webinar to be Hosted by Viktor Paperno
On Wednesday, July 12, 2023 (18:30 Moscow time), the third introductory webinar dedicated to the basics of microcontroller programming will take place. Viktor Paperno, a certified teacher of the lyceum of the Yandex Academy, will be the host.
Viktor Paperno’s Background
Viktor has worked on robot programming at ForaRobotics, is a former employee of SberDevices, and currently works at the Israeli startup MazeBolt, which specializes in protecting against DDOS attacks. He is also the author of Habr and Hacker, and is familiar to readers from numerous articles.
What to Expect at the Webinar
At the webinar, attendees will get a basic understanding of how smart devices work, with an emphasis on the Micropython programming language. They will also be introduced to the popular microcontroller simulator, and during the course they will create several small projects, including a traffic light and an alarm.
No special knowledge is required to attend the webinar, but it is desirable to know at least the basics of programming in any language and understand what a variable, array and cycles are. Registration for the webinar is already open and completely free, simply fill out the form at the link.
Classes on the microcontroller programming course will start on August 2, 2023 and will be available to students with any background. The training will last six weeks (six lessons of two academic hours). The full cost of training is 12,000 rubles, but Hacker subscribers can sign up for classes with a discount of up to 50%.
