Kaseya has announced version 2.0 of its IT Complete platform at Kaseya Connect Global in Las Vegas. The update brings a host of new features and improvements, with a focus on security. Kaseya, a software provider for managed service providers (MSPs), has extended its Security Suite with network penetration testing capabilities, thanks to the acquisition of Vonahi. The company’s MSP Enablement Suite has also been bolstered by the acquisition of audIT, which provides an automated sales presentation solution.
Kaseya’s Business Services Suite (BSS) has been enhanced with the Kaseya Cyber Insurance Fast Track Program, allowing users of other security suites to obtain cheaper insurance against cyber incidents. The company has also launched the Remote IT & Security Management (RITSM) Certification Program, which is similar to those offered by Cisco and Microsoft. The program lasts 40 hours and prepares candidates to perform IT and security management on a remote basis. Those who have passed can be found by Kaseya customers through the KaseyaOne customer portal.
