Google Duet AI is CoPilot, but for Google Workspace users

Google will make a range of announcements about its existing services and applications during Google I/O. For Google Workspace, the company is introducing Duet AI, which can speed up work in many different ways. It can be thought of as the counterpart of Microsoft CoPilot.
Duet AI applies to the entire Google Workspace offering. Google also reveals that the tool has been working to improve Gmail and Docs projects for some time. The idea is that users only have to enter a few words, after which the generative AI tool turns it into a meaningful story. This is now a well-known application of the technology.
More Innovative
A more innovative application is text-to-image. Duet AI is now available in Google Slides to generate images. Google gives the example of a giraffe standing in front of the Eiffel Tower. Wait a few seconds and you get what you asked for. It is reminiscent of applications such as Stable Diffusion, which have often been criticized for alleged copyright infringement. However, Google emphasizes the “personalized” style that can come from unique prompts.
For Google Sheets, Duet AI is ready to help organize data, which is not too surprising in the world of AI applications. Nevertheless, the same applies to the Google suite as the AI options within Microsoft Office 365: a large group of users can immediately get started with an integrated assistant.
Google Meet and Docs also have new features, such as unique backgrounds and assistance in writing text.
