Advisie and Qexpertise Merge to Create 375 Technology Specialists

Advisie, a parent company of ESC from Belgium, has taken over Qexpertise located in Veenendaal at the end of April. Qexpertise specializes in ERP, CRM and business software, and both companies are partners of Exact.
Advisie provides automation for organizations with ERP and IT solutions, while Qexpertise has extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The Qexpertise office in Veenendeel will eventually bear the name of Advisie.

375 Technology Specialists

The merger brings ESC’s counter to 375 technology specialists who can be found in Belgium, the Netherlands and Portugal. Maritha van Klink–Doorn, Marketing & Strategy Director at Advisie and Pieter-Jan Petermeijer, General Manager at Qexpertise, will lead Advisie. Director at Consultancy Mark de Waard leaves the company.
The parties promise to improve the services provided. “The clients of both Advisie and Qexpertise can now benefit from a wider range of products and services. This includes all Exact applications, including the recently announced Exact Online Premium, as well as the Microsoft 365 offering recently enriched with Copilot AI.”

Wide Range of Products and Services

The press release sets out what the entire ESC group now has to offer. “In addition to business applications, Low Code solutions & BI, companies will find everything they need for modern workplaces, ranging from Microsoft 365 and cloud over cybersecurity to IT management. The oversized e-business department builds web applications, online portals and webshops for fast-growing medium-sized and large companies.”
