AVG-Programme Acquires Pact-Privacy Application to Better Serve Customers
AVG-Programme, a GDPR specialist, recently acquired the Pact-Privacy application from competitor Pact-Online. This allows the GDPR specialist to better serve more customers.
The Pact-Privacy application is an online tool that enables companies to implement and manage their obligations under GDPR legislation and regulations. This particular tool targets larger companies.
More Clout and Larger Companies
According to AVG-Program, the acquisition of the tool helps the specialist gain more clout to achieve its ambitions. This includes further strengthening its own services and simplifying the implementation of GDPR laws and regulations.
The acquisition makes it possible to help multiple companies of various sizes with the implementation of their GDPR laws and regulations. Customers also have access to a first-line legal helpdesk.
Growth Through Acquisitions
AVG-Program wants to further develop the software to give customers, including those of its own tool, more options to meet GDPR requirements in a way that suits them. The acquisition should help the GDPR specialist to grow further, not only organically, but also through acquisitions.
The AVG experts of PACT-Online, including founder Derk Yntema, will join the executive organization in the takeover. Rob Bus, co-founder of PACT-Online, will remain involved as an advisor.
