Avaya Introduces Hybrid UC&CC Solution Avaya Enterprise Cloud

Avaya has recently launched its hybrid UC&CC solution Avaya Enterprise Cloud, allowing companies to benefit from both cloud and on-premises functionality for their unified communications and contact center infrastructure. This solution enables companies to adapt their communication and contact center infrastructure in their transition to cloud environments, ultimately benefiting from better functionality, rationalizing parts of their infrastructure, and reducing the management of on-premise environments.

Hybrid Cloud Structure Offers More Peace of Mind

Avaya Enterprise Cloud helps companies improve their communication solutions at a leisurely pace. The solution enables companies to embrace a hybrid cloud model by hosting portions of their communications infrastructure on a dedicated cloud instance in Azure. This cloud instance then integrates with on-premises technology, such as existing call routing systems.

Functionality

Avaya Enterprise Cloud is based on the existing fully cloud-based Avaya Enterprise Experience platform, a cloud-based Contact-Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) solution that also runs on Azure. In addition to the possibilities of this cloud solution, the hybrid UC&CC solution also offers standard integration with Microsoft Teams and other functionality. Personalized configurations are also possible and there are various migration and architecture options. Avaya Enterprise Cloud also has a flexible and scalable cost model.
