Automation Anywhere, a RPA vendor, recently announced new services for generative AI support. These services, part of the Automation Success Platform, are designed to improve employee productivity, enable companies to build a true ‘digital workforce’, and transform business processes.
The first new generative AI service, Automation Co-Pilot + Generative AI for Business, is an automation assistant that runs entirely on the GPT AI model. This allows employees to use generative AI across multiple systems and purposes, such as summarizing content or writing emails.
The second new tool, Automation Co-Pilot + Generative AI for Automators, brings built-in generative AI directly into the development phase. This enables developers and business users to turn ‘natural conversations’ into automation solutions.
Document Automation + Generative AI uses generative AI technology to quickly understand, extract, and summarize data from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents. The extracted data is then integrated directly into process workflows, eliminating the need for additional data work.
Automation Co-Pilot + Generative AI for Business Users is available now, with a preview of Automation Co-Pilot + Generative AI for Automators available in July. Document Automation + Generative AI will be available in the third quarter of 2021.
