Aiden recently acquired Belgian SAP specialist Vigor, their second Belgian acquisition of the Dutch SAP consultant. With the acquisition, Aiden will gain a stronger foothold in the Belgian market. In February, the Belgian S/4HANA specialist Nessi was also added to Aiden. Vigor, which has now been acquired, specializes in SAP Business One.
The second Belgian acquisition should help Aiden establish a more solid position as an SAP specialist in SMEs, offering a broad portfolio of services and managed services. It also contributes to further expansion in the rest of Western Europe. More acquisitions are expected in Belgium.
Vigor sees the acquisition as a natural step. “To remain attractive to both the market and employees, growth is essential,” says founder and owner Jeroen Swanborn. “As part of a larger organization, we become more attractive to these parties, and together we can further invest in knowledge in the rapidly evolving SAP portfolio and form a one-stop-shop for Benelux customers.”
Vigor’s solutions are used by more than 90 Belgian SMEs. Jeroen Swanborn will become Business Unit Director for SAP Business One within the Belgian Aiden organization. Kris Deroo, former director of Nessi, is the Managing Director and Business Unit Director responsible for the Belgian S/4HANA activities.
SAP has introduced GROW with SAP, an ERP solution for medium-sized companies.
