The British-owned NCC Group is planning to split up Dutch security company Fox-IT and sell off parts of it. CEO Inge Bryan of Fox-IT has announced her departure with immediate effect. According to sources, the reorganization of the company has major consequences for Fox-IT. The security company is being cut into three parts, with Fox Crypto, which is involved in securing (Dutch) state secrets, and the business unit DetAct for banks to detect financial fraud being sold. The rest of Fox-IT will be absorbed into the NCC Group. Furthermore, the Dutch management will eventually be removed, as will the company name Fox-IT. CEO Inge Bryan will remain until October this year to manage the sale of Fox Crypto. Her position will be taken over on an interim basis by current COO Harmen Dikkers.
