Zendesk, a CRM vendor, has announced a partnership with OpenAI to complement its existing AI tools. The integration promises to make customer service smoother and more efficient, with three new features enabled by OpenAI. These include summarizing long tickets to help service personnel come to a solution faster, automated correction of support articles, and the ability to generate full-fledged emails and longer messages based on few words. Zendesk’s AI solutions were launched in September 2022, and the OpenAI integration is expected to further improve the user experience.
