How password checking works ?
If you don’t want to wait until a new feature is released in the stable version of your browser, you can install Chrome Canary. By the way, most often these are pretty working builds, which may differ only in a small number of bugs.
Nevertheless, these are still test versions, so you can use them only at your own peril and risk. If you have already downloaded Chrome Canary, then type “Chrome: // flags” in the address bar, enter “weak” in the search field and activate the “Safety check for weak passwords” and “Passwords weakness check” functions.
