Ciphix, a Dutch hyperautomation specialist, recently received an investment from private equity firm Mentha. The undisclosed amount of the investment is intended to help Ciphix expand its presence in Europe. The collaboration between the two parties will also involve Mentha providing expertise to Ciphix for their international growth strategies.
Ciphix assists companies in automating complex work processes, allowing employees to focus on other tasks. This is achieved through the combination of automation technology such as RPA, conversational AI, process mining, low-code, and iPaaS. With Ciphix, companies can largely automate repetitive tasks, resulting in increased efficiency, fewer errors, and reduced costs.
Notable customers of Ciphix include Vattenfall, ANWB, KLM, NIBS, and the municipality of Rotterdam. Ciphix is confident that the investment from Mentha will help them to become a major European hyperautomation player.
