Acer has announced a range of new business laptops and Chromebooks through an online press conference. The devices are designed for hybrid work and are environmentally friendly.
The Taiwanese company has updated its TravelMate series with the P2, P4 and P6 models. These laptops are primarily aimed at business customers. The top model features the latest 13th generation Intel i7 processors and a 14-inch 2.8K OLED display, which is uncommon in the business segment. The P4 model has a 14-inch screen with a resolution of up to 2.2K and no OLED technology. Its main selling point is the 65 Wh battery. The base model P2 is available in 14 or 16-inch formats and has a 16:10 aspect ratio.
Acer claims that the laptops have been built to “military-grade” durability standards. The Chromebook 714 is also part of the new range. It has a 14-inch screen with a resolution of 1920×1200 and a 2K webcam with high-quality audio. The Chromebook is designed to be sustainable and environmentally friendly.
